All service are by appointment only, through phone call or online booking. We can not always accommodate walk-ins. An “appointment” should not be interpreted as the length of “treatment”. An “appointment” may include assessment, treatment, billing and re-booking.
When booking an appointment, clients may be asked to provide a valid credit card number to hold a reservation. No charges will be transacted until your service is completed and you'll be able to pay for your services with your choice of credit card, Interact or cash.
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your first scheduled treatment to allow sufficient time to fill out our client health form and change.
Please arrive a minimum of 15 minutes in advance of spa treatments. Services will begin and end on time as a courtesy to the next guest. We attempt to confirm all appointments 48 hours in advance via call. It remains your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times in order to avoid late arrivals and missed appointments. At any time, you are more than welcome to call prior to your appointment to confirm the exact time & service.
A client health history form is a legal requirement mandated by the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO). It is required prior to your first treatment, every year, and after an absence of one year from your last treatment.
Your appointment is a block of time reserved just for you. Please be considerate and allow for a 24 hours notice if you are unable to make your appointment so that others may receive treatment in your place. Missed appointments without notice and appointments cancelled the day the massage was to take place will be issued a full charge of the time scheduled, exceptions may apply.
Please inform us at the time of your booking if you are pregnant, nursing or have any other medical conditions, allergies or concerns we need to know in order to ensure the best quality for your treatment.
We understand that sometimes being late is unavoidable. However, depending on circumstances, we may be forced to shorten or reschedule your service. Clients who arrive late will receive an abbreviated, pro-rated session. For example, if you scheduled an hour session and arrive 15 minutes late, you will be charged for that hour session but will only receive 45 minutes of treatment for that session, including consultation and changing time. It should be understood that only the time remaining for your scheduled appointment will be allotted unless additional time is available.

Please refrain from talking on your cell phone while in the spa and please put your ringer on silence mode. This helps maintain a relaxing and calm environment for all clients.
We try our best to provide a quiet environment for Massage Therapy and Spa Treatments. We ask that you speak in a quiet voice when at the front desk or walking through the spa as a courtesy to others having their treatments.
To respect and accommodate the different needs of our clients, please do not wear strong perfume or cologne on the days when you plan to have a massage or other services. We do have some 100% natural essential oil products, but these natural scents do not have the same negative effect on most people that synthetic scents do.
When redeeming the Way Spa Gift Card/Certificate we will redeem it fully and if there is any remaining balance we will re-issue the balance as credits for you to use towards your next visit.
Yes, we have parking available for spa guests accessed through the guest parking lot behind the building.
