All service are by appointment only, through phone call or online booking. We can not always accommodate walk-ins.
When booking an appointment, clients may be asked to provide a valid credit card number to hold a reservation. No charges will be transacted until your service is completed and you'll be able to pay for your services with your choice of credit card, Interact or cash.
Your appointment is a block of time reserved just for you. We require at least 24 hours notice to cancel any individual appointments.
Yes, we have parking available for spa guests accessed through the guest parking lot behind the building.
When redeeming the Way Spa Gift Card/Certificate we will redeem it fully and if there is any remaining balance we will re-issue the balance as credits for you to use towards your next visit.
